We book arrival windows (morning or afternoon), not exact times, and we call or text before we arrive.

What if it rains on an outdoor job?

Outdoor work can be rescheduled because of weather. We will contact you to pick a new day.

Is the photo price range a final price?

No. It is a preliminary range from your photos and our standard rates. The written estimate has the final price.

Can pressure washing damage my surfaces?

Some surfaces, like old wood or loose mortar, need gentler methods. We check this at the visit and tell you what is safe.

Do you take payments on this website?

No. Payment terms are set out in your written estimate or agreement.
